Our Commitment to Professional and Transparent Service Delivery
Service Engagement : All services are provided according to proposals and quotations, and then confirmed through a contract or project requirements. Timelines, deliverables, and fees are set based on the approved scope of work, as mutually agreed.
Project Execution : The client is responsible for sharing accurate data, materials, approvals, and the feedback that we need to finish the work properly. If approvals drag or required inputs are missing, the schedule can get affected, sometimes in a pretty direct way.
Payments : Payment has to follow the agreed commercial terms that are shown in the proposal or contract. Adorable IT Services keeps the right to pause active work or withhold deliverables if payments are delayed or not complete.
Change Requests : Any additions, modifications, or enhancements that are requested after project approval may end up needing extra time and cost, and honestly it will depend on what exactly is being asked. In general, these sorts of changes get discussed first, then formally approved before anything is implemented.
Intellectual Property : Once full payment is made, ownership of the final approved project deliverables will move over to the client, unless there’s something else stated in the agreement. Adorable IT Services, however, keeps ownership of its own proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, and reusable assets.
Confidentiality : We take confidentiality seriously for client, candidate, and business information. Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive material shared during the course of the project without prior written consent from the other side.
Recruitment & HR Services : For recruitment and staffing assignments, Adorable IT Services operates as a sourcing and consulting partner. The ultimate hiring call stays with the client organization only, meaning the final decision remains entirely theirs.
Limitation of Liability : While we aim to provide high-quality services, Adorable IT Services will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that may arise from using our services, third-party platforms, or situations that are outside our reasonable control.
Data Protection : We are dedicated to safeguarding personal and business information, in line with applicable Indian laws. This includes the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Updates to Terms : Adorable IT Services can update these Terms & Conditions whenever needed. Any revisions will be published on this page, and they become effective once posted.
