The selected candidates will work closely with the business development team to generate leads, communicate with clients, and support HR service sales activities.
This internship offers practical exposure to B2B sales, client acquisition, HR services, and corporate communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, social media, online platforms, and references
- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and messages
- Explain company HR services to prospective clients
- Schedule meetings and follow up with interested clients
- Support sales and business development activities
- Maintain client databases and daily reports
- Build strong professional relationships with clients
- Assist in achieving sales and business targets
Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of sales and business development
- Confident in client interaction and follow-ups
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA/PGDM pursuing or completed (Marketing/Sales/HR preferred)
- Graduates interested in sales and business development can also apply
