Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our global client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services sales, a deep understanding of digital solutions, and the ability to foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and approach prospective clients across international markets for services including:
. Web Design & Development
. Mobile App Development (iOS & Android)
. Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM, etc.)
. Graphic Design & Branding
– Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our global customer base.
– Generate leads through various channels including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and online platforms.
– Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
– Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, and marketing) to create proposals and ensure successful delivery of services.
– Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, identify new opportunities, and assess competitor strategies.
– Present sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the IT Services domain.
– Excellent understanding of digital services: web, app, marketing, and design.
– Strong international business acumen with experience working with global clients.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships remotely.
– Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales automation platforms.
– Preferred Qualifications
– Prior experience working in a remote role.
– Established network of international clients or contacts in relevant industries.
– Knowledge of project management tools and proposal software.
