Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our HR sector initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, promoting our HR services, and building long-term relationships that contribute to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by identifying and developing new clients in need of HR solutions (recruitment, staffing, payroll, and outsourcing).
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HR decision-makers and corporate clients.
Understand client HR challenges and propose tailored service offerings.
Collaborate with internal HR and recruitment teams to align delivery with client expectations.
Develop and present effective business proposals and service presentations.
Stay updated on HR trends, market shifts, and competitor activities.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the HR or staffing industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR outsourcing, and manpower services.
Proven ability to generate leads, convert clients, and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR/Marketing is a plus).
