Introduction

By engaging with AdorableIT Services, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” clients agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all projects, services, and interactions with the Company.

Project Initiation and Scope Definition

The commencement of a project will be initiated upon mutual agreement, and a detailed scope of work will be defined.

Any changes or additions to the project scope must be communicated in writing and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost.

Payment Terms

Clients agree to adhere to the payment terms specified in the project agreement.

Delays in payment beyond the agreed-upon terms may result in project suspension or termination.

Project Delivery and Timelines

The Company is committed to delivering projects within agreed timelines.

Unforeseen circumstances affecting project timelines will be communicated promptly, and efforts will be made to mitigate delays.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights for the project, including code, designs, and documentation, will be transferred to the client upon full payment.

The Company reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and necessary resources essential for project progression.

Any delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.

Confidentiality

The Company and the client mutually agree to keep all project-related information confidential.

Confidentiality provisions extend to all project documentation, discussions, and materials.

Quality Assurance

The Company will strive to deliver high-quality work, and clients are encouraged to report any concerns promptly.

Rectifications to project deliverables due to errors on the part of the Company will be addressed at no additional cost.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

Termination fees may apply, and all outstanding payments will become due immediately.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations.

If a resolution is not reached, the matter may be escalated to mediation or legal proceedings.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Delhi, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in High Cort.
