Delays in payment beyond the agreed-upon terms may result in project suspension or termination.
The intellectual property rights for the project, including code, designs, and documentation, will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and necessary resources essential for project progression.
Confidentiality provisions extend to all project documentation, discussions, and materials.
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
